Suggested Use:
Soak cloth or gauze pad with 2-4 droppers of oil and place over affected area. Cover with a cloth and heating pad or hot water bottle, if desired. Relax for 30 minutes, then remove and rinse. Or, rub castor oil on your feet, put on a pair of socks, and leave on overnight.
