Momma 2B Tea
Nourishing herbs to support a healthy momma during pregnancy. Mineral rich herbs, along with rest, good food, and gentle exercise have traditionally been used to support healthy pregnancy and labor. Momma 2B Tea is best used on a daily basis, many women drink a quart per day.
Raspberry leaf, Stinging Nettle leaf, Alfalfa leaf.
Directions: Bring 1 quart water to boiling. Add 1-2 rounded tablespoons herbs to the hot water or pour hot water over herbs in a glass jar. Let sit, covered for 20-30 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a glass jar or pitcher. Sweeten with honey or other natural sweetener if desired.
