Tummy Soothe Tea
Delicious blend of herbs traditionally used to support healthy digestion. Tummy Soothe Tea can be enjoyed on a daily basis by every member of the family.
Lemongrass herb, Peppermint leaf, Fennel seed, Chamomile flower, Lemon Balm herb, Catnip herb, Orange peel, Ginger rhizome, Licorice root.
Directions: Bring 1 quart water to near boiling. Add 1-2 rounded tablespoons herbs to the hot water or pour hot water over herbs in a glass jar. Let sit, covered for 20-30 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a glass jar or pitcher. Naturally sweetened with licorice root, add additional sweetener if desired.
Caution: People who are allergic to ragweed and other asteracea family members may also react to chamomile.
