Peppermint leaf, Oregano leaf, Mullein leaf, Plantain leaf, Red Clover blossom.
Directions: Bring 1 quart water to boiling. Add 1-2 rounded tablespoons herbs to the hot water or pour hot water over herbs in a glass jar. Let sit, covered for 20-30 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a glass jar or pitcher. Sweeten with honey or other natural sweetener if desired.
