Happy Days Tea
Bring some herbal sunshine into the dark days of winter with a cup or two of Happy Days Tea.
St. John’s Wort flowering tops, Lemon Balm herb, Tulsi/Holy Basil herb, Chamomile flower, Linden leaf and flower, Rosemary leaf, Damiana herb, Rose petals, Calendula flower, Stevia leaf.
Directions: Bring 1 quart water to near boiling. Add 1-2 rounded tablespoons herbs to the hot water or pour hot water over herbs in a glass jar. Let sit, covered for 20-30 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a glass jar or pitcher. Naturally mildly sweetened with stevia leaf, add additional sweetener if desired.
Caution: People who are allergic to ragweed and other asteracea family members may also react to chamomile.
