Chaga Mushroom
Chaga is an odd looking mushroom found on birch trees and used to support normal immune system function in depleted individuals. To capture both the water-soluble polysaccharides, beta-glucans, and the alcohol-soluble triterpenes and triterpenoids we extract the chaga twice, first in water and then in alcohol.
